Service Agreement

Services are provided as scheduled and based on the agreed scope of work discussed at the time of booking. All work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. The scope of services, pricing, and timeline will be confirmed prior to commencement of any work.

Service Customization

Services are customized based on property size, service scope, and frequency. Amber South Winds Co reserves the right to assess each property individually and provide a quote accordingly. Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated to the client before proceeding.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the work required. Clients must ensure that access to the property is available at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

Right to Refuse Service

Amber South Winds Co reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if, in our sole judgment, the work environment is unsafe, the scope of work exceeds our capabilities, or the client has violated these terms. In such cases, any work completed will be billed at the agreed rate.

Limitation of Liability

Amber South Winds Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To respect the time of our team and other clients, we ask that all cancellations be made in accordance with the following policy.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service appointment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee. The fee amount will be communicated at the time of booking and will reflect the time and resources allocated for the appointment.

No-Shows

If our team arrives at the scheduled property and is unable to access the premises or the appointment is not honored without prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show and may be subject to a fee equivalent to a late cancellation.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule appointments subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of property maintenance and repair services, all completed services are considered final. We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to resolving any legitimate service concerns.

If a service issue occurs, clients must notify Amber South Winds Co within 24 hours of service completion. We will work promptly to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

No Refunds on Completed Services

Because our services involve labor, time, and materials, we do not offer monetary refunds for completed services. Instead, we will make every reasonable effort to correct any deficiencies in our work when notified within the required timeframe.

Service Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern, assess the situation, and schedule a return visit to address any legitimate issues at no charge.

Deposits & Prepayments

Any deposits or prepayments made for services that have not yet been performed may be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Deposits for work already initiated are non-refundable.
